Mr. Perttula is a Senior Telecommunications Analyst within the sourcing team. He has been instrumental in creating detailed financial models involving pricing proposal comparisons across multiple vendors with savings projections against baseline spend.
Mr. Perttula is instrumental in the development and utilization of VSG’s proprietary analytical software and database. He is experienced in referencing tariff information from all major telecom vendors, has a detailed knowledge of IXC & LEC carriers and possesses advanced spreadsheet and database skills.
Mr. Perttula is highly knowledgeable with regard to electronic billing and manipulation for all telecom vendors and services including voice, MPLS, VOIP, Internet services, Ethernet access, wireless, and web conferencing.
He has extensive and thorough experience with interpreting vendor contracts and verifying rate information against billing statements.
Mr. Perttula graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and completed graduate work at San Diego State University.
